All orders are processed within in 14 business days (Monday- Friday, excluding holidays) from date of purchase. We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but please note that during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at check out.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other circumstance beyond our control once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please reach out to the carrier directly. While we do our best to assist, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed delivered.
